THE CREATOR Rob, the creator of Handmade Wooden Stools lives a self-reliant lifestyle on a sparse hillside in the rural west of Ireland. Living off-the-grid and growing most of his own food, his is a quiet and simple existence. For many years he has explored a variety of traditional crafts involving natural materials, through this he has gained an understanding of how peoples of the past must have lived off the land and also scratched many a creative itch.   These fantasic lamps are design and hand carved by Tracy Hoole. The idea for Tique Lights came from having seen similar products being made in the 1980s in Zimbabwe.   The lamps are made using 2 pvc tubes, with designs traced then hand cut, are placed inside each other, and when lit, produce a silhouette, ambience light.   The pipes are mounted in a wooden base, with electrical components and labels then added.   If you are interested in purchasing one, check out Tique Lights on Tru Irish now.   Shop Tique Lights now!
