As some of our products are customisable, order production varies. If you need a product for a certain date, please state so before ordering to see if your time frame can be entertained.
Please note that delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors which are outside of our control.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be classed as being placed on the following Monday.
In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we may occasionally ship larger orders using different delivery companies and therefore you may receive your items separately. This decision will be determined by the size, weight and quantity of the items that you have purchased. Please note, this will not increase your shipping charges.
From time to time, orders will be delivered on different dates, so first of all, check your delivery note to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. You will not be charged any additional postage costs. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please email email@example.com and we will investigate.
Sometimes your purchases will come in separte packages. You need to look at who is the seller for the product. If the products are brought from different crafters they will not show up in a single delivery as our different crafters are producing and sending you out the product from their location across Ireland.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so once you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order. You must provide notice of cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone call no later than 7 days after the receipt of goods. We will refund in full granted the order is returned in its original condition.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Please note that certain items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please email email@example.com if you wish to return an item.
If you receive delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us for a replacement or refund granted you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The item must be returned with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact.
The personal data that we hold for Tru Irish is customer names, addresses and telephone numbers. We hold this information to fulfill orders, to justify what sales we have made and to whom over the working year and for legal reasons. We also use website users information such as geographical information, gender, age etc. to use as statistical information in our research on how to better understand our customers who visit our website and make purchases from us.
We obtained this information from the customer over our online platforms – truirish.com, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, who sent it to us through PayPal and other online banking tools. We also gathered information from Google Analytics to comprise data.
We secure the paper forms in a filling-system in the office and the online data is secured on a password entry computer on online systems such as Paypal which are secured with an email and password entry system.
